Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

Packaging & Freshness

Every pack is sealed with care to lock in freshness.
From our 5-rupee pouches to our 100g, 250g, and 500g boxes, we ensure your sweets arrive intact and ready to enjoy.

If a flavour is temporarily unavailable, we’ll contact you to suggest a replacement or arrange a quick refund.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or incomplete, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll do our best to sort it out swiftly with our delivery partners.

Returns

Since our sweets are perishable, we don’t accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily replace or refund it.
