Returns & Refunds
Because our sweets are perishable, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standards, we’ll be happy to make it right.
Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with:

Once we receive the details, our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure freshness, so once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you’d like to add more items, please place a new order — we’ll try our best to ship them together!
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund has been approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take a few extra days to reflect in your account.
